Richard TenHoor, Certified Lead Safe Work Practices Trainer, Landlord and RPOA Member, will teach lead-safe work practices in a comprehensive refresher session. Not knowing how to work in a lead-safe manner can expose your rental business to liability. The EPA now requires all landlords to use lead-safe work practices and be certified under the new RRP rules.
